Mr. Ross was extremely flexible and very, very easy to work with. He was there to answer his phone all 9 million (or so it felt like) times I would call daily. He went above and beyond his job, and at one point even drove forty minutes away to my parents’ house to give them papers to look over that I had been concerned about but couldn’t show them or talk to them about because of my two 21 hour shifts at work that were back to back. I am recommending him to everyone I know that is interested in purchasing a home.
